We are seeking a dependable Packaging Associate to package and prepare finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review production orders to ensure the correct box is used.
- Assemble and prepare boxes for finished products.
- Place products and required packing materials into boxes.
- Apply labels accurately.
- Seal and tape boxes securely.
- Place completed boxes on the conveyor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all plant safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
- Work overtime and weekends as needed.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, lift, and walk as required.
- Ability to safely perform job duties while wearing required PPE.
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
