    Location: Fort Wright, KY

    Position Type: Part-Time
    Pay: Competitive class rate based on experience & performance
    Schedule: Set weekly blocks with one required weekend shift

    Were Looking For:

    • Comprehensive Pilates Certification (450+ hours) from a recognized program such as Balanced Body, BASI, Stott, Power Pilates, Peak, etc.

    • Strong experience teaching group Reformer classes

    • Passion for contemporary Pilates and functional fitness

    • Ability to motivate and adapt to diverse client needs

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Familiarity with studio software (e.g., ClubReady) or a willingness to learn

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality, safe, and empowering Pilates Reformer classes

    • Lead private and semi-private sessions when needed

    • Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment

    • Engage and retain clients through energy, presence, and follow-up

    • Promote memberships and studio offerings in a consultative, supportive manner
