Your Role
As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging, apparatus-based group classes using:
- Balanced Body Reformers
- EXO Chairs
- Springboards
- TRX Systems
- Ballet Barres
You'll guide clients of all fitness levels through challenging, results-driven routines in a motivating and safe environment.

What Were Looking For
- Certified in full apparatus Pilates (450+ hours or equivalent training)
- Experience teaching group reformer classes
- A positive, energetic, and motivational teaching style
- Familiarity with or openness to club management software (e.g., Club Ready)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- A modern understanding of classical Pilates principles
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality group reformer classes
- Lead private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
- Engage with clients through regular check-ins and sales support
- Promote studio services, memberships, and retail offerings
- Be an inspiring and motivating presence in every session
