Who We’re Looking For
The Studio Manager will lead membership sales, oversee daily operations, and develop a motivated, high-performing team. This person will help create an outstanding experience for every client while building meaningful relationships within the studio and surrounding community.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily studio operations and maintain a consistently high standard of service.

  • Lead membership sales, client engagement, and retention efforts.

  • Establish performance expectations and help the team meet individual and studio-wide goals.

  • Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and coach studio employees.

  • Monitor business results and implement plans to improve performance.

  • Develop relationships with neighboring businesses and community organizations.

  • Coordinate local events, partnerships, referral opportunities, and promotions.

  • Respond to client questions and concerns professionally and thoughtfully.

  • Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming studio environment.

  • Manage administrative duties, supplies, merchandise, and inventory.

  • Ensure studio policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

  • Communicate regularly with ownership regarding results, staffing, and operational priorities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
  • 5+ years in retail, service, or fitness sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Demonstrated success developing employees and improving team performance.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Skilled in generating leads through community events, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and time management.
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.
