Your Role: Lead, Motivate, Transform
As a member of our Irmo team, you'll guide clients through apparatus-based workouts using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, ballet barre, TRX, and more. Your classes will blend challenge and creativity while ensuring client safety and inclusivity at all levels.
Were looking for instructors who can confidently adapt to all experience levels, beginners to advanced, and who bring a positive, fitness-forward approach to Pilates instruction.

What Were Looking For:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (450+ hours, full apparatus)
- Experience teaching group reformer classes
- Strong ability to lead safe, effective, and engaging workouts
- A motivational and energetic teaching style
- Contemporary understanding of classical Pilates principles
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- A growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with studio systems (like ClubReady) or willingness to learn
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead group reformer classes that meet studio quality and client goals
- Provide private, semi-private, and introductory sessions
- Use various equipment to create dynamic, safe, and personalized workouts
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
- Support membership sales, check-ins, and retail engagement
- Foster a positive and inspiring presence for clients and teammates
