Position Summary

We are seeking a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher to join our team at Club Pilates Dresher. The ideal candidate will bring passion, professionalism, and a strong foundation in Pilates to deliver safe, effective, and inspiring classes. Teachers will lead a variety of class formats and help members achieve their fitness goals while building confidence and community.

Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes using reformers and other Pilates equipment.

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts that follow Club Pilates guidelines.

• Offer modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.

• Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment.

• Build member connections to support retention and community.

• Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold professional standards.

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (or currently in the process of completing).

• Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and Pilates principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to teach multiple class formats and adapt to client needs.

• Professional, reliable, and passionate about health and fitness.
