Are you a passionate Pilates Instructor looking to make a real impact on people's health and recovery? Join our dynamic Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists team, where movement meets healing!

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate instructor to provide therapeutic, rehab-focused yoga and/or Pilates sessions tailored to clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility. Working closely with our physical therapists, you'll play a key role in helping patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their movement.

What You'll Do:

Lead one-on-one and small group yoga/Pilates sessions

Adapt programs for clients with injuries or mobility limitations

Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery plans

Educate clients on proper movement and injury prevention

Foster a welcoming and healing environment

What We're Looking For:

Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer)

Experience working with injury rehabilitation or special populations (preferred)

Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics

Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
