From the studio floor to the front desk, our team leads with positivity, passion, and purpose.
BODYBAR Evansville is opening in December 2026, and we’re looking for the instructors who will help us build our studio culture from day one.
Join Our Founding Instructor Team
We’re building a six-person Founding Instructor Team, and we’re looking for more than just people with Pilates experience.
If you’re an energetic coach, instructor, trainer, athlete, dancer, fitness professional, or someone who simply loves helping people become stronger and more confident, we want to hear from you.
You do not have to be an experienced Pilates instructor to apply.
We’re especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:
- Personal training
- Group fitness
- Yoga or barre
- Dance
- Cheer or gymnastics
- Sports coaching
- Strength & conditioning
- Exercise science or kinesiology
- Physical education
- Fitness and wellness
- Competitive or collegiate athletics
- Other teaching, coaching, or movement-based roles
What matters most to us is your personality, communication, energy, coachability, and ability to connect with people.
We can teach you the BODYBAR method. We’re looking for the person who can bring the CHEER.

BODYBAR Instructor Training & Scholarship Opportunity
Selected candidates who do not already hold the required Pilates credentials will complete BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.
You do not need to already be Pilates certified to be considered for this opportunity.
Candidates are responsible for the initial cost of BODYBAR training. However, if you join our Founding Instructor Team and achieve BODYBAR certification by the time the studio opens, you may qualify for the instructor scholarship program.
The scholarship program provides reimbursement toward the cost of BODYBAR training over time as you become fully certified and achieve applicable service milestones.
Additional program requirements and reimbursement details will be discussed during the hiring and onboarding process.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and certification level and will include a base rate + performance-based bonus based on class attendance.
We’re looking for instructors who want to grow with us—not simply fill a class schedule.
As a Founding Instructor, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the culture, member experience, and community of a brand-new BODYBAR Pilates studio in Evansville.
