Your Role: Lead, Motivate, Transform
As part of our Columbia team, you'll guide clients through apparatus-based workouts using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, ballet barre, TRX, and more. Your classes will blend challenge and creativity while maintaining a strong focus on safety and individual client needs.

What Were Looking For:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours, full apparatus)
- Experience teaching group reformer classes
- Confidence in leading effective, creative workouts for diverse clients

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead group reformer classes aligned with our studios high standards
- Provide private, semi-private, and introductory sessions as needed
- Use various equipment to deliver engaging and safe workouts
- Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
- Assist with client check-ins, memberships, and retail promotion
- Be a positive presence that clients and teammates look forward to seeing
