    As part of our Columbia team, you'll guide clients through apparatus-based workouts using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, ballet barre, TRX, and more. Your classes will blend challenge and creativity while maintaining a strong focus on safety and individual client needs.

    Were seeking instructors who can confidently adapt to all levels, beginners to advanced, and who bring a positive, fitness-driven approach to the Pilates method.

    What Were Looking For:

    • Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours, full apparatus)
    • Experience teaching group reformer classes
    • Confidence in leading effective, creative workouts for diverse clients
    • A motivational and upbeat teaching style
    • A modern take on classical Pilates principles
    • Punctual, dependable, and professional demeanor
    • A mindset for growth and entrepreneurship
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Willingness to learn studio systems (e.g., ClubReady)

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Lead group reformer classes aligned with our studios high standards
    • Provide private, semi-private, and introductory sessions as needed
    • Use various equipment to deliver engaging and safe workouts
    • Maintain a clean, professional studio environment
    • Assist with client check-ins, memberships, and retail promotion
    • Be a positive presence that clients and teammates look forward to seeing
