Compensation: $25 - $50 per hour (based on experience)
Availability: Open availability required, including weekends

Position Summary
We are seeking a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor to teach group reformer classes and help clients reach their fitness goals. Instructors must deliver safe, engaging classes and support the studio team in building a strong community.

Responsibilities

• Lead group reformer Pilates classes using the Club Pilates method

• Provide modifications for different fitness levels

• Ensure safety, correct form, and client engagement

• Build positive relationships to encourage retention

• Support studio operations, special programs, and events

Requirements

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours, all apparatus) required

• Knowledge of anatomy and Pilates principles

• Prior teaching experience preferred

• Professional, reliable, and outgoing

• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
