This role is critical to ensuring that financial planning, forecasting, and performance data flows accurately, reliably, and securely across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Boomi developer who also understands the functional planning and FP&A context behind Pigment models.

You will partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, Data, and Systems teams to deliver scalable, auditable, and high‑performance integrations that support executive planning and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Boomi Integration Development (Primary Focus)

  • Design, develop, and maintain Boomi AtomSphere integrations between Pigment and enterprise systems
  • Build complex Boomi processes including:
    • API‑based and file‑based integrations
    • Data transformations, mappings, and validations
    • Error handling, retries, and monitoring
  • Implement robust integration patterns supporting:
    • Near real‑time and scheduled data sync
    • High data volume and financial accuracy requirements
  • Ensure integrations meet enterprise standards for security, performance, and reliability

Pigment Integration Enablement

  • Support inbound and outbound data flows for Pigment models, including:
    • Actuals ingestion from ERP and financial systems
    • Forecast and plan outputs to downstream analytics or reporting platforms
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to align technical integrations with planning logic and assumptions
  • Validate data consistency across Pigment, source systems, and targets

Architecture, Governance & Operations

  • Define and document integration architectures, data flows, and dependencies
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks for Boomi integrations
  • Support change management, release coordination, and production support
  • Ensure integrations are auditable and traceable to support internal controls and compliance needs

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the technical integration expert working with:
    • Finance and FP&A teams
    • Revenue Operations
    • Data and Analytics teams
    • Enterprise Systems and IT
  • Participate in requirements workshops and translate business needs into integration designs
  • Support UAT and validation cycles for Pigment‑related integrations

Required

  • 5–8+ years of hands‑on experience with Boomi AtomSphere
  • Proven experience as a Boomi developer delivering enterprise integrations
  • 2–4+ years of experience integrating Pigment or similar planning / FP&A platforms
  • Strong experience with:
    • REST and SOAP APIs
    • Data mapping and transformation
    • Error handling and monitoring patterns
  • Experience working with ERP or financial systems
  • Solid understanding of financial and planning data structures
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription‑based business environments
  • Background supporting revenue or sales forecasting integrations
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and BI platforms
  • Experience supporting finance‑critical or compliance‑sensitive integrations

What Success Means in This Role

  • Pigment receives timely, accurate, and trusted data from source systems
  • Finance teams rely on Pigment without manual reconciliation
  • Integrations are stable, observable, and production‑ready
