Job Title: Order Puller (Picking / Packing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Order Puller to join our team in Lakeland, FL. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders using RF scanners while maintaining high productivity standards. This is a full-time position offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.

• Maintain efficiency to meet daily and monthly production goals.

• Safely lift and handle items weighing up to 60 lbs.

• Ensure inventory accuracy by following proper procedures and protocols.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and fulfill customer expectations.

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Proven experience using RF scanners in a warehouse or distribution setting.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 60 lbs.
