Work Schedule: Rotational Shifts (40 Hours/Week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to join our Airport Operations team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for picking, packing, weighing, and preparing orders for delivery, as well as loading packages and supporting daily inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Weigh and validate packages before shipment.
- Move packages to designated aircraft pickup locations.
- Load packages for delivery operations.
- Perform daily inventory checks and audits.
- Report order issues and delivery exceptions.
- Escalate operational concerns to the Team Lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently or within a small team.
Important Information:
- Rotational shifts with overtime pay for additional hours worked.
- Operations run 7 days a week; flexibility in scheduling is required.
- Comprehensive training (online and hands-on) will be provided.
- Background verification and drug screening are mandatory.
- Safety dress code applies (closed shoes required; safety vest provided).
- Candidates should ideally live within a 20-mile radius of the work location.
- Personal vehicle required; approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and airport operations environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with an active, on-the-move role.
