Job Summary
We're hiring an Order Picker with Cherry Picker experience to support a busy lighting distribution warehouse. You'll pick and pack orders accurately using a cherry picker/order picker, RF scanner, and standard warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate a cherry picker / order picker to pull product from racking
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanner (or pick lists as assigned)
- Stage, label, and prepare orders for shipping
- Verify item numbers/quantities and report shortages or damage
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety procedures
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed (packing, palletizing, inventory support)
Requirements
- Recent cherry picker/order picker experience (required)
- Comfortable working at heights and in warehouse aisles/racking
- Ability to lift 20 lbs+ (forklift/physical requirement tier on file)
- Basic math and attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work OT as needed (Mondays)
