We are looking for warehouse picker/associate who is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping industrial hardware products. These roles often involve using an inventory ERP system, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced, industrial distribution environment.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Order Picker
Location: Buford, GA
Salary: $18 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack products securely, prepare shipments via carriers like UPS, and assist with receiving supplier goods.
- Utilize the internal ERP system to manage inventory, update product locations, and put away inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including keeping aisles clear and workstations tidy.
- Handle industrial hardware, which may involve operating equipment like pallet jacks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory control environment is often required.
- Ability to work with ERP/inventory computer systems.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods, and frequently lift/move products, often up to 45-60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in inventory and picking.
