Job Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring Order Pickers for a wholesale auto parts distribution warehouse in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for pulling accurate orders from pick lists and delivering completed orders to the shipping department for preparation and shipment.We are looking for dependable candidates who can accurately read numbers, count inventory, locate the correct auto parts, and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically active position with standing and frequent walking throughout the shift.Job Responsibilities

• Read pick lists and locate the correct auto parts and quantities
• Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver completed orders to the shipping department
• Verify part numbers, SKUs, serial numbers, and product codes
• Count products and confirm order quantities
• Inspect picked parts for damage or discrepancies
• Use RF scan guns and other warehouse scanning equipment
• Update inventory and stock information using warehouse software
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging orders for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment when trained and authorized
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be able to accurately read and understand numbers
• Strong counting and basic math skills required
• Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience using RF scan guns preferred
• Pallet jack or forklift experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift approximately 10–30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining order accuracy
