Voice Pick / Warehouse Order Picker
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Pickers to accurately pick and prepare customer orders using a voice-directed picking system. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities

• Use a voice-directed picking system to receive and complete orders.
• Move a picking cart through warehouse aisles to locate assigned products.
• Pick the correct item and quantity from designated bins.
• Verify products during the picking process to ensure order accuracy.
• Bag, band, or organize smaller products for easy identification.
• Complete production or activity records as required.
• Return completed carts to the designated staging area.
• Dispose of boxes and packaging materials appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet established productivity and quality expectations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• Assist with special projects and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with voice picking or RF-based warehouse systems is a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to distinguish between similar products, including differences in size, color, and product/vendor codes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; comparable work experience will also be considered.
