Job Title: Picker and Packer
Pay: $16
Hours: M-F 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (until 10/1), then 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (after 10/1) (some Saturdays possible for OT)

As a Picker and Packer, youll handle order processing duties, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Work closely with your team to meet daily goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
As a Picker and Packer, you will be responsible for
Accurately picking and packing customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Learning and performing essential warehouse tasks including stocking, labeling, fulfillment, and shipping
Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process orders efficiently
Packing orders securely to prevent damage during transit and verifying labels and contents
Performing customer-specific customization such as labeling and kitting
Keeping work areas clean and organized throughout your shift
Reporting safety, equipment, or operational concerns promptly
Supporting other warehouse activities like receiving and inventory replenishment
Conducting inventory and quality checks to identify damages or discrepancies
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and ensure smooth workflow
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred
Experience with inventory management and RF scanners
Basic understanding of numbers and letters on RF scanners
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic math and literacy skills
Willingness to learn RF scanning and operate equipment such as trash and cardboard compactors

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Dover, NH, with varying shift hours based on the schedule described above. Overtime and Saturday work are preferred but not mandatory for temps.
