Job SummaryEmploynet is seeking reliable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join the warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Job Duties

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders and pick tickets.
• Pack products securely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product information for accuracy.
• Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory activities.
• Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Meet productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and RF scanner skills preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Swing Shift: Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-11:00pm
