Picker / Packer (RF Scanner) – URGENT HIRING

Must have recent verifiable STABLE Picking packing and RF scanner experience

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Location: Dallas / Hiram, GA area
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Some positions may be 2nd shift

Job Summary

We are urgently hiring experienced Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This position requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail while using RF scanners to fulfill and prepare orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using an RF scanner

• Verify items and quantities to ensure order accuracy

• Prepare products for shipment (labeling, wrapping, staging)

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures

• Meet daily productivity and quality standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of recent, stable, and verifiable experience in order picking/packing

• Experience using RF scanners required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic math skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift

• Steel-toe boots required

• Reliable transportation is a must

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
