Picker/Packer – Warehouse Associate

Location: New Braunfels, TX 78131

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM until the day’s orders are completed (typically 5:30–6:30 PM). Some Saturdays may be required.

Job Summary

KeyStaff is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Picker/Packers to join a busy warehouse team in New Braunfels, TX! This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to work until all daily orders are completed.

Responsibilities

• Pick products according to customer orders and packing lists.

• Pack items securely and accurately for shipment.

• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy.

• Label packages and prepare orders for shipping.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

• Work extended hours and occasional Saturdays when required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and motivated.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Willingness to work until all daily orders are completed.
