Hire Dynamics is searching for a Pickers, packers and loaders for a facility in Shelby , NC.
Distribution center is seeking a dependable and hardworking Distribution Center Associates to join our warehouse team. Associates will be responsible for picking orders, packing products, and loading shipments accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
Shift/Pay:
· Tue-Fri 11pm-6am
· Tue-Fri 5pm-3:30am
· Sat-Mon 6:30pm-6am
· Pay $19.35

Responsibilities for Picker, Packer and loader include:
· Pick products accurately based on customer orders and pick tickets.
· Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage.
· Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
· Communicate findings and quality concerns with team members and supervisors.
· Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications: • Previous warehouse, distribution center, picking, packing, or loading experience preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
