Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift: 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7am

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, sorting, or distribution experience preferred
• Basic scanner and computer skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Inspect products for damage and verify order information
• Select appropriate packaging materials based on order size and weight
• Scan items and sort products into proper warehouse locations
• Move completed orders to conveyor systems for processing
• Set up and operate manual sorting stations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

As a Picker Packer you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
