Now hiring for a Picker Packer

Location: La Vergne, TN

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift: 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7am

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, sorting, or distribution experience preferred
  • Basic scanner and computer skills are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect products for damage and verify order information
  • Select appropriate packaging materials based on order size and weight
  • Scan items and sort products into proper warehouse locations
  • Move completed orders to conveyor systems for processing
  • Set up and operate manual sorting stations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
