Picker/Packer/Assembly Line
We are hiring for a Picker/Packer/Assembly Line position in Youngstown, OH. Were looking for reliable candidates who are ready to work on an assembly line in a fast-paced environment.
Join our team and help package military meals (MREs) for a busy local facility. This role offers immediate start opportunities and the chance to become a permanent team member. Youll be part of a dedicated team on an assembly line, sorting and packing MREs to meet strict quality standards. Hours
Monday-Friday, 6:30am - 3:30/4:00pm (arrival at 6:15am)
Pay
Starting at $13/hr, with an increase to $15/hr after 1 week of perfect attendance
Key Responsibilities
Work on the assembly line sorting and packing MREs (Military Meals)
Ensure accuracy and quality of each product
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety guidelines and procedures
Meet daily production goals
Minimum Requirements
Ability to stand on your feet the entire shift
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment
Nice to Have Skills
Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No previous experience required; training provided
Other Requirements
Must be able to work on-site
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
