Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Picker/Packers to join a busy craft beverage warehouse in Altamont, NY. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, organizing, and preparing craft beer and other beverage products for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick cases of craft beer and other beverage products according to customer orders.

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.

• Verify product type, quantity, and order accuracy before staging.

• Build and stage pallets for shipment.

• Load, unload, move, and organize beverage products throughout the warehouse.

• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming beverage shipments.

• Rotate and organize inventory according to warehouse procedures.

• Inspect products for damage and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.

• Meet daily picking, packing, and productivity expectations.

• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or packing experience preferred.

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move cases of product.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to perform various warehouse duties as needed.
