Partners Personnel is hiring General Warehouse Associates in Dayton, NJ!
We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, preparing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Use an RF scanner to locate and process products
- Package and label orders correctly for shipment
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Work effectively with team leads and other associates
- Assist in other warehouse areas as needed
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use or learn RF scanning equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights and sizes
- Experience using pallet jacks or hand trucks is a plus
