Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30PM- 11:30PM

Position Summary
The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking, staging, packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment. This position plays an important role in maintaining an accurate and efficient flow of materials throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pull orders from warehouse racks using a picking log and RF scanner.
  • Stack, package, label, and prepare materials for shipment or movement to the next operation.
  • Load and unload pallets and other materials from shelves and/or trailers.
  • Lift and move products, both palletized and unpalletized, as needed.
  • Verify picked orders against shipping documentation to ensure accuracy before staging for shipment.
  • Accurately scan and track inventory and materials using an RF scanner.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform basic quality control to ensure products are routed to the correct areas.
  • Conduct cycle counts to help maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Perform general cleanup and basic maintenance of the work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be proficient in using an RF scanner.
  • Previous warehouse or production-related experience preferred.
  • Previous experience loading and unloading materials and placing products in warehouse racks preferred.
  • Ability to accurately pick and scan products while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
