About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team on the second shift. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and products within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will work efficiently during evening hours, supporting inventory management and order fulfillment to help ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and products safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and basic math.
• Organize warehouse items to ensure easy access and proper stock control.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards during all activities.
• Operate basic manual equipment as required.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
• Ensure materials are handled safely and within weight limits up to 40 lbs.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products.
• Experience or skills with inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate RF scanners.
• Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
• Ability to perform order picking and packing tasks.
• Capable of loading and unloading materials.
• Availability to work the specified evening shift hours from 6:00 pm to 2:30 am.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to operate basic manual equipment.
• Reliability and consistent attendance during the shift.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks effectively.
