About the Role

This position involves loading, unloading, packing, and picking orders in a distribution warehouse that primarily ships semi-truck rims. The candidate will perform heavy lifting, packing, labeling, and load/unload activities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and experience with warehouse operations are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload semi-truck rims efficiently and safely
• Pick and pack orders according to shipping requirements
• Create boxes and securely pack products for shipment
• Label products and packaging accurately
• Operate packing lines and prepare products for shipment
• Perform heavy labor, lifting up to 40 lbs, as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized packing and picking area
• Follow safety procedures and workplace protocols
• Use relevant warehouse tools and equipment as assigned
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization

Required Qualifications

• Experience in heavy lifting positions
• Prior experience with order picking and packing in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently with physical requirements
• Fluent or conversational Spanish-speaking ability
• Capable of passing a 9-panel drug test and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with semi-truck rims or similar shipping products
• Previous experience in a shipping or distribution warehouse

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Heavy physical labor involving lifting up to 40 lbs
• Standing, bending, and walking in a warehouse setting
• Exposure to noise and ambient warehouse conditions
