A well-established Houston-area manufacturing company is seeking a Picker to join the team. This is a temp-to-hire, on-site role supporting warehouse operations in a stable environment. The Picker is responsible for accurately pulling customer orders using handheld RF scanners and transporting materials throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack or forklift.

Type of Position: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

Pull customer orders based on system-generated pick tickets.
Utilize handheld RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory.
Operate pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
Ensure accuracy in order selection and fulfillment.
Stage completed orders for packing or shipping.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
Experience with RF scanners strongly preferred
Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must maintain clean-cut appearance
