Picker

Job Purpose:
To safely and accurately pick garments from the warehouse pick locations according to the work orders and place them in the staging area for processing. Demonstrate culture, strong work ethics, goal attainment, and attention to detail.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Use a pick cart to pick and process garment orders according to customer requirements by accurately matching correct garments to proper work orders.
• Ensure that work reaches the correct department.
• Stage carts appropriately for Direct Embroidery Operators, Garment Processor Operators, Emblem Embroidery Operators, etc.
• Communicate any equipment problems to the Maintenance/Production Supervisor.
• Process orders by order type priority and ship date.
• Must meet or exceed picker production standards.
