Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
- Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the picking area.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other equipment to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
