Job Summary
The Picker ensures safe and accurate picking of outbound orders using an RF scan gun. The Picker is accountable for the execution and accuracy of the order picking and delivery to the pack cell in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
Pick correct products by verifying material picked matches the provided documents
Operate mobile equipment safely stand-up forklift
Check quality of product and report findings to Packer Lead or Supervisor
Using RF gun scan out Transfer Orders accurately to maintain inventory integrity
Maintain organization and good housekeeping
Hit target order counts and complete workload in a timely manner
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Stand-up forklift experience required
Basic reading and math skills must be able to follow directions
Exercises independent initiativejudgement in work methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
The hourly pay rate is 19.00hr 1.50hr shift differential
