Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Pickers/Packers to join our team in Moorpark, CA. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping
- Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and proper condition of items
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts
