Picker / Pick & Pack Associate

Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are hiring a dependable Picker / Pick & Pack Associate for a manufacturing company in Erlanger, KY specializing in industrial belting and conveyor products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a long-term position with potential for increased pay.
Pay & Schedule
- $17.00/hour starting pay
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Paid 30-minute lunch
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- Potential pay increase when transitioning to a full-time position with the client
Job Responsibilities
- Pick industrial belting and conveyor products according to orders
- Pack and prepare products for shipment
- Pull, organize, and stage materials
- Assist with warehouse and shop operations
- Safely handle and move materials
- Follow work instructions and order specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other hands-on duties as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Able to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
- Able to safely lift and handle materials
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, picking, packing, or shop experience is a plus
