Exegistics Resource Solutions is partnering with a local company to hire an experienced
Pick & Pack Lead. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who can keep orders moving accurately and efficiently while supporting the warehouse team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Pick & Pack team members
- Assign daily work and monitor productivity
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately
- Verify orders and quantities before shipment
- Train and assist new team members
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- Previous pick/pack, warehouse, or fulfillment experience
- Lead or leadership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
