Picker / Packer - All Shifts Available
Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift
Position Type: Full-Time
Are you looking for a stable warehouse opportunity with immediate openings? We are hiring Picker/Packers in Lafayette, IN to join a fast-paced distribution team. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse systems
- Pack orders according to shipping and quality standards
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage
- Label, organize, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and reading skills
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment
