Job Title: Skin Care Packing Associate
Job Summary:
Responsible for packing skincare and beauty products accurately and efficiently while ensuring product quality, proper labeling, and compliance with company standards. Supports warehouse and production operations by preparing finished goods for shipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack skincare products such as creams, lotions, serums, cleansers, and cosmetics according to company guidelines.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality, damage, leaks, or defects before packing.
- Apply labels, batch codes, and expiration dates accurately.
- Assemble product kits, gift sets, and promotional packages.
- Verify product quantities and ensure orders are packed correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Follow safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures.
- Assist with inventory counting, stocking materials, and replenishing packaging supplies.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in packing, warehouse, manufacturing, or cosmetics/skincare production is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
