About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associate to join our warehouse team in Greer, SC. This position involves accurately picking, assembling, and packing customer orders to ensure timely and safe delivery, directly contributing to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble customer orders accurately based on specified requirements
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times
• Use basic computer systems to verify order details and update records
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow

Required Qualifications

• Attention to detail in order picking and packing
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and handle loads up to 25 lbs (up to 40 lbs as needed)
• Ability to follow safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse experience
• Team collaboration skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous pick/pack experience

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Basic warehouse tools and packing supplies
• Warehouse safety equipment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (up to 40 lbs)
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Use of warehouse safety protocols and equipment
