We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pick and Pack Worker to join our team in Troy, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics operations, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications.
- Carefully pack items to ensure safe transport and delivery.
- Label packages and prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
