Our client, a well‑established personal injury law firm, is seeking a Temp‑to‑Hire Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Buckhead office. This is an in‑office position with meaningful trial work, offering a clear path to permanent placement for the right attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of personal injury litigation from pre‑suit through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and experts
Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
Work closely with partners and litigation staff on case strategy
Manage an active caseload while meeting deadlines and performance expectations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
2+ years of personal injury and/or civil litigation experience
Trial or courtroom experience strongly preferred
Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to work full‑time in an in‑office Buckhead environment
Compensation & Structure
Temp‑to‑hire role with long‑term potential
Compensation range of $95,000-$115,000, based on experience
Exposure to trial work and complex personal injury matters
