Physician - Urology

Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our team at Deaconess Illinois Crossroads in Mount Vernon, IIL. This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice within a patient-centered, high-quality health system. Practice & Facility Highlights:

• 47-bed hospital with 10 room Emergency Department (no trauma designation).
• 5 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room available.

• 1 Urology room with a Uroview table.

• On-site CRNA anesthesia team.
• Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Salary: $700,000
• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
