Description:
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
There is a 1-hour lunch break if working in the clinic.
24-hour call responsibilities are also required.
The patient population is primarily adults over the age of 18, with exceptions for emergencies during call.
Routine procedures include cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and vasectomy.
Support staff consists of 4 Medical Assistants, 1 Clinical Staff Associate, and 1 Registered Nurse.
The practice involves a mix of outpatient visits and procedures, with an expected patient volume of 24-28 per day.
Robotic surgery is available but not required.
Supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants is necessary.
The credentialing process has a 90-day timeframe, with temporary privileges available for candidates with clean files.
Health requirements include necessary vaccines, physical exams, and fitness assessments.
All malpractice history must be fully disclosed, particularly any settlements over $500,000.
