Physician - Urology
Job Details:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) with no nighttime or weekend call
- Coverage needed for 6 weeks each month
- Mix of hospital rounds, operating room, and clinic work
- Minimum of 14 patients per day; new patient visits up to 30 minutes, 15-minute post-op appointments
- Adult patient population only; no pediatrics
- Urology office with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
- Support staff includes 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, 3 front office staff, and a practice manager
- Occasional daytime hospital call for consults and rounding while in clinic
- Special procedures include ureteroscopies; general urology skills required
- EMR: EPIC (clinic setting experience required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
- Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification in hand required
- DEA required
- Minimum 3 years of experience required; new graduates will also be considered
