Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• 24-hour call coverage needed with coverage dates running July through December
• Supported by 2 permanent physicians on staff
• Average callback of 2-6 hours per day
• Perform 3-4 surgeries per week in the OR
• Daily clinic census of approximately 20 patients per day
• 10-15 procedures performed per week
• EMR system: Cerner
• 99-bed hospital setting
• Robotics available but not required
• Required procedures: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, and flexible cystoscopy
• Preferred procedures: TRUS biopsy and in-clinic vasectomy
• Disposable flexible cystoscopes available on-site
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility required
• Active Arizona license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Phone interview required prior to offer
