JOB DESCRIPTION:

Specialty: Urgent Care

Dates needed - please include start and end times- 2/9/23, 2/10/23, 2/20/23, 2/21/23, 2/22/23, 2/23/23 and multiple dates in March

Practice Setting- Inpatient/Outpatient/Telehealth- Outpatient

Admissions Required

• Is hospital stroke certified?
• Does Provider need to be Board Certified? - No
• Do you only want to see CV with an Active License- Yes

Coverage Type:

• How many Patients will Locum see per day- 15-20
• Is there rounding? - No
• Patients per shift
• Beds in department
• How many calls do they get while on call? - No call
• Call Details- assigned/unassigned patients or both
• Call type- Inhouse, beeper, 2nd call/backup
• Average call # per 24Hr- Phone Consults, patients seen, admissions
• EMR system in clinic and Hospital
• Is resident or teaching supervision are required? No
• Is there support staff? Define the number RN's, MA's, PA/NP's, Office/Staff- 1 RN/LPN, 1CMA, 1 Xray Tech, 2 Front Office staff
• Certifications Required- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Other- BLS, ACLS
