           Shared call schedule

           Team-Based Care Model

           Fully integrated EPIC EMR system

           Full onsite lab services

           Large group of specialists based nearby, including at Community Hospital South

           Growing medical pavilion with future expansion plans

     

    Licensure & Certifications

     

           Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

           Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

     

    Desired Qualifications

     

           Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team

           Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
