Physician Scheduler

Work Location: This position is based in Wausau, Wisconsin. We will offer remote work opportunities for candidates who reside more than 30 miles from our Wausau location and are based within Wisconsin. Candidates living within a 30-mile radius of Wausau would be required to work onsite.

We are looking for a full-time Physician Scheduler to join our team! Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Physician Scheduler or Informatics is preferred. If you enjoy working collaboratively with a team, are good with a computer, and have excellent organizational and customer service skills, this is the position for you!

We currently have offices in Rib Mountain, Wausau, Merrill, Medford, and Plover to service much of central Wisconsin. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHYSICIAN SCHEDULER

Working as a Physician Scheduler will give you the opportunity to work with Orthopedic and Pain Management & Rehabilitation providers in a fast-paced environment to improve the lives of our patients. Don't fear the unknown. Our training is thorough, and we check in routinely to keep your learning moving in the right direction! Primarily you will be developing, maintaining and distributing provider schedules, distributing monthly call schedule, and reviewing time off for providers. You will also work closely with Orthopedic and Pain Management providers as well as Clinical Nurse Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PHYSICIAN SCHEDULER

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver's License

WORK SCHEDULE

Clinics are open Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM. Staff manage their 40 hours over the 5 days.
