NEA Baptist Clinic – Seeking BC/BE Physician
to practice at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR
Competitive compensation package
o $475K base guarantee for two years, then production model with greater earning potential
o $80K student loan reimbursement; $2K monthly resident stipend and sign-on bonus options
o $10K relocation reimbursement
o $5K/year CME allowance

• Joining a team of 2 full time Pulmonologists with NP support
• Supportive and physician friendly administration team and closed medical staff
• Rotating schedule of ICU, inpatient pulmonary consults, and clinic
• 10 days per month hospital call; in-house hospitalists take first call with eICU backup also
• Large referral base (13 primary care clinics); CT surgery and Interventional Radiology support
• Very busy practice with high earning potential
• New $450M Medical Campus with EBUS, Navigational Bronchoscopy, and Ultrasound in ICU
• GREAT facility: NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital; a 228 bed hospital adjoined with Clinic MOB with 30+ subspecialties all under one roof (Pulmonary clinic space just down the hallway from ICU)
