    Program Director - Internal Medicine Physician

    Board Certified by ABIM or AOBIM with MD or DO medical degree.

    • New IM residency program with Independent Not-for-profit health system
    • Level 2 Trauma Center in southwest Georgia - Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital
    • $300k base salary with RVU and incentive bonus structure; $75k sign on, CME and relocation allowance
    • Minimum 3 years educational and/or administrative experience as a core faculty member, associate program director or medical student clerkship director
    • Must be engaged in ongoing current clinical activity (inpatient or outpatient)
    • Demonstrated scholarly activity in research, education, patient care/population, QI, creation of curricula or education materials, didactic educational activities or contribution to professional committees, education organizations or editorial boards
    • Demonstrate strong interest in teaching
    • Commitment to quality, patient safety, and overall excellent clinical evidence-based clinical care
    • Ability to work as a team member
